My bad. ;-) And, Mikey, I used to use half Crisco/half butter but Crisco is even worse than butter in my book. It does taste the absolute best that way. I use half whole wheat flour and use 1/2 applesauce/half butter. It doesn't taste as good as the high fat version but knowing it is that much better for me, makes it worth trying.
