This is a common thought and question and concern for me, too. Specifically in the past year, I have a growing and somewhat antsy desire to feed the hungry, clothe the poor, take care of people in need - the basic Christian responsibility that in the past has fallen to one week a year during a purging or donation or mission trip. I want to live it, and I'm very scared at the same time. I look forward to having you stay a couple nights with us in our new home and visit our new church. It will most certainly tickle this struggle inside of you. I look forward to that time and the conversation that comes out of it! (We move in late June.) Take care. I’m with you Emily. I wish I could say I would have done something different then you when you were in your car but I know the anwser would be no. The risk in following Christ is huge and most of the time it will involve us stepping out of our comfort zones. I so appreciate your sensitive heart towards the Lord and always wanting to see the world through His eyes. It always encourages and challenges me!
